MSR Elixir 3: The ultimate tent for adventure and comfort

The Elixir 3 is the perfect base camp for adventures or a spacious wilderness shelter for three people (or two plus a dog). The tent is durable and fully equipped for maximum comfort during camping.

Inside

The interior is spacious with an area of 3.79 sqm, allowing you to really stretch out. Thanks to the rectangular floor, modern, wide sleeping pads fit easily without overlapping. The tent body consists of a blend of mesh and solid fabric for a perfect balance of ventilation and privacy.

The straight tent doors have zippers that are easy to operate with one hand. They also close to a single point so you always know where to open the door, even in the dark. Tech-friendly corner pockets have cable pass-throughs for headphones and charging cables, and the large storage pockets in the ceiling are perfect for headlamps, sunglasses, and anything else you want to keep close at hand.

Outside

Color-coded tent poles and clips make setup easy. Robust aluminum poles, a PFAS-free water-repellent coating, and taped seams keep the Elixir stable and dry. The flysheet has large vestibules for storing all the gear you don't want inside the tent.

The easily accessible vestibule doors are equipped with StayDry™ rain gutters that divert water, while the updated supported ventilation openings contribute to even better airflow. The market's leading metal fittings in the corners are easy to use and extremely durable for many years of use.
