The Ascent Jacket is a robust and warm down jacket developed for cold conditions in the mountains. The jacket is filled with high-quality 700 fill power recycled down, providing instant warmth and reliable insulation during winter hikes, climbing, or breaks at a cold belay station. The construction combines durability and weather protection with low weight, making it a versatile garment for many types of alpine activities.

The outer fabric in recycled Pertex® Quantum Pro is windproof and highly water-repellent, allowing the jacket to effectively resist snow, spindrift, and light precipitation. The down is treated with Nikwax fluorocarbon-free hydrophobic treatment, which helps the insulation retain its loft and warmth even in damp conditions. The down is evenly distributed through a stitch-through baffle construction that reduces the risk of cold spots.

The detachable hood allows the jacket to be easily adapted to activity and weather. A fleece-lined collar, synthetic Stratus™ insulation in the cuffs, and an adjustable hem help to keep out the cold and retain warmth close to the body.
