The Batura Jacket is a heavy-duty expedition jacket developed for extreme cold and demanding alpine environments. It is designed to withstand strong winds, snow, and spray while providing maximum warmth in harsh conditions. The robust Pertex® Shield outer fabric is fully waterproof and fully taped to provide reliable protection in exposed environments.

The jacket is filled with 800 fill power European goose down with a fluorocarbon-free hydrophobic treatment from Nikwax, which helps the down maintain its insulating properties even in humid conditions. The slim bonded box-wall construction reduces weight and bulk while allowing the down to fully expand and trap the maximum amount of warmth.

The fully adjustable hood is designed for harsh weather and features a reinforced peak for extra protection. Several spacious pockets provide room for larger equipment and keep important items close at hand during the expedition.
