Åsnes Breidablikk Waxless

The Breidablikk Waxless is a touring ski developed for hunting and winter tours with dogs in varied terrain. The ski lacks steel edges to be gentle on dog paws and is therefore particularly suitable for hunters or tourers who want to be accompanied by a dog on their winter adventures.

The soft ski tip and a 22 mm sidecut make the ski easy to turn and control even in more challenging terrain. The construction also provides very good flotation in deeper snow, making the Breidablikk Waxless a stable and reliable companion for longer winter tours.

The ski has a waxless pattern in the grip zone that provides good grip without the need for grip wax. It is also equipped with the Åsnes Skinlock system, which allows for quick attachment of an X-Skin climbing skin for extra grip on ascents. The combination of a waxless base and skin system makes the ski very versatile in various terrains and snow conditions.

The Breidablikk Waxless is an excellent choice for longer winter tours in moderately hilly terrain and for outdoor life where stability, control, and ease of use are prioritized.
