The tent can be pitched quickly when the weather changes, and it offers reliable protection in tougher conditions. The construction is based on a proven design but has been optimized with lighter materials and a more stripped-down construction, resulting in a low weight without compromising strength and comfort. The result is a well-balanced three-season tent that can handle demanding mountain trips from spring to autumn.

The ventilation in Enan is, as in all Yellow Label tents, integrated into the design. The inner tent door consists entirely of no-see-um mesh, and both the head and foot ends are equipped with strong mesh for optimal airflow. In windy and rainy conditions, fabric panels made of Kerlon 1000 can be rolled down to cover the outer tent's mesh sections. When not in use, these panels are easily rolled away into integrated storage pockets.

During the development period, Enan was tested on a variety of trips, from adventure travels in Southeast Asia to hikes in Europe and the USA. The test results showed that the tent is easy to set up, offers good space and high comfort, and impresses with its strength despite its low weight.

Enan is also the name of a river in the Jämtland mountains of southern Norrland, Sweden.
