The Kupilka Firesteel 8 is a powerful and reliable fire steel for outdoor activities, bushcraft, hiking, and survival situations. It creates large sparks up to 3000 °C, making it easier to light a fire even in damp weather conditions. The fire steel was developed in collaboration with Karu Survival, a Finnish company specializing in bushcraft and survival skills. Its ergonomic handle can be used even with gloves, and the included compact scraper is attached to the fire steel with a reindeer leather strap that can be fastened to a belt or backpack.
