Meindl Vakuum Men GTX® is an award-winning premium hiking boot for men, designed for those who want stability, comfort, and waterproof protection in one hiking boot. It is suitable for light to moderately difficult hiking, trails, and simpler forest terrain, even with a pack weighing up to approximately 10–15 kg. The nubuck leather upper has an elevated rubber rand around the boot that protects against impact, bumps, and wear and tear in the terrain, while the GORE-TEX® lining keeps feet dry in wet conditions. The boot is constructed with Meindl's Vakuum MFS technology, where a malleable foam softens with body heat and adapts to the contours of the foot for a more personalized and comfortable fit. The Meindl Multigriff® 2 outsole from Vibram® provides good grip and shock absorption, and the removable Air-Active® Vakuum® insole contributes to a comfortable climate during long days out.
